Application of AHP in Quality Risk Management of Highway Engeneering

从风险管理理论出发,分析了现阶段公路工程建设项目管理对质量目标控制过程中存在的风险问题,提出建立一个质量风险管理评价模型,并应用层次分析法进行风险辩识、风险分析,为项目管理者监控风险和科学决策提供了一个方法。

On the basis of the theories,the paper analyzes the present of risk question in the quality aims controlling of highway engineering construction project management,builds a quality risk management model,identifies and evalutes the risk by AHP, applies a mothed to control risk and provide references for the scientific decision-making for project＇s managers.
