城市可持续发展是一个多因素相互作用的过程,其中又有很多不确定因素,因此必须采用可以解决不确定性与多因素的方法。这里采用模糊判断的方法解决不确定性,采用人工神经网络解决多因素的问题。并通过算例验证了上述方法对于评价城市可持续发展的有效性和准确性。

The Sustainable development of cities is an interactive process of multi-factors,there is many uncertain factors in it. So it is necessary to use some ways to solve the uncertain and multi-factors, wo use the way of fuzzy to solve uncertain and neural network to multi-factor. A case study was conducted and it verified the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.
