摘要
建立了捷达轿车连杆裂解加工的有限元模型,分析了背压力对连杆裂解加工质量的影响规律。结果表明,裂解力随背压力的增加而增加,二者近似呈线性关系;断口塑性区宽度随背压力的增大而减小,当背压力大于20 kN时,塑性区宽度减小缓慢;随着背压力的增加,大头孔变形量增大,当背压力小于25 kN时,大头孔变形量在允许范围内。
A finite element model for the fracture splitting of Jetta car conrod big end was established to analyze the influence of the backpressure on fracture splitting quality. The experiment results show that splitting force will increase as backpressure increases and the relationship is approximately linear. The width of the fractured surface plastic region will be narrowed as backpressure increases, and when backpressure force is over 20 kN, the width will be narrowed slowly. The deformation of the conrod big end bore will increase as the backpressure increases ,and when the backpressure force is under 25 kN, the deformation of the conrod big end bore is within the allowed limits.
