摘要 针对模具自由曲面研抛效率低下的问题,根据计算机图形信息和NURBS曲面构造特点,提出了基于曲率的与模糊C中值法相结合的自由曲面分片规划算法。该算法将自由曲面分成若干曲面片,并将几何信息和加工工艺信息相似的曲面片分类归族,即聚类曲面片族。利用分片算法进行的仿真和实验结果表明:此分片算法能够实现自由曲面的分片,按聚类曲面片族进行研抛可提高加工效率。 To alleviate the problem of low machining effeciency for the free-form surface, according to the computer graphical information and the constitution feature of NURBS surface,a new algorithm of free-form surface subdivision planning was presented by means of the combination of the curvature based method and the fuzzy C-means method. The algorithm split free-form surface into surface pieces which were classified into a series of surface piece families with same or similar surface information and technological characteristics, namely clustering curved surface piece race. The simulation and experiment results show that the subdivision algorithm can split the free-form surface perfectly, and the polishing efficiency can be promoted according to clustering curved surface piece race.
