摘要
从产品创新的绩效评价客观要求出发,介绍了面向产品创新的管理集成,提出了面向产品创新的供应链管理集成观点,并对供应链管理集成绩效评价模式和特征进行了详细分析。
This paper introduces management integration for product innovation from subjective needs of performance evaluation of product innovation. It gives a detailed analysis on model and features of evaluation of performance of supply chain management integration.
