摘要 提出了基于参数化模板的大批量定制设计方法.该方法的设计思想是结合参数化模板方法、配置设计和变型设计建立新的快速设计方法,更好地支持按定单设计的大批量定制.研究了产品结构模板的参数化实现和产品快速设计的过程,设计流程归纳为"初步配置设计(模板)→变型设计→完善产品配置",并将该方法应用于自行车车架产品的设计实例.与传统设计方法相比,该方法可以快速生成产品模型,显著提高产品的设计效率. Put forward is design approach to mass customization based on parameterized templates, in which parameterized template method, configuration and model modification design are integrated in order to better support mass customization according to orders. The idea of this method was expatiated. Realization of production structure template and process of quick product design was studied. The flow of design was generalized to as "primary configuration(template)→variation design→finish configuration". The application of this method in bicycle frame design was offered. Compared to traditional design method, this method can generate production model efficiently and quickly, promote the efficiency of product design remarkably and expand the applied area of mass customization.
