摘要
针对有噪信道下的视频传输,本文提出了一种基于H.264和Turbo码的信源信道联合解码方案。该方案利用Turbo解码器的信道软输出协助H.264视频解压缩器工作,应用视频解压缩器的语义/句法信息对Turbo解码器的外部信息进行更改,以提高其纠错能力。与只采用Turbo解码的方案相比,联合解码方案加速了Turbo码的收敛,并且其性能在峰值信噪比、误比特率以及视频重建质量方面都有显著提高。
An iterative joint source-channel decoding scheme for H. 264 video transmission over noisy channel was presented. The scheme utilized channel soft outputs generated by Turbo decoder to assist video decompression. The syntactic/semantic information from video decompressor was used for the modification of extrinsic information so as to improve error correction capability of this decoder. Simulation results show that there is a significant improvement in terms of Turbo iteration number, PSNR, reconstructed video quality, as well as BER over Turbo decoding.
