Dis cuss about Education of Cultivating Human Beings

“有用”的事功观念已成为当今的时代精神,教育因此而被理解为“培养有用的人才”,由是教育成为制造人才的机器,人迷失良知和本心而异化为无人性的工具。因此必须确立教育培养人之为人的根本意旨,使教是成德之教、学是为己之学、育是心性之育,从而引生出一个富有人性的“仁人”。

Usefulness has become the time spirit nowadays. Thus education is understood as training people useful. Education hence turns into the machine that making talents. Human being lost their conscience and reality and then they alienate the tools without humanity. So we must establish the basic intention that education is to train people how to be himself（herself） , and make sure teaching is for morals, learning is for oneself and educating is for heart. Thereby, a real human will be born.
