Achievements and Perplexities:Empirical Analysis on the Practice and Application of Value Engineering in China

自价值工程(VE)引入中国后,曾被迅速推广应用,并在20世纪80年代和90年代初达到一个高潮。此后,VE应用便进入了一个相对低谷阶段。首先从VE推广应用的模式、VE应用的领域分布、VE学习培训以及VE的组织建设方面回顾了VE在中国的应用实践沿革,并指出其局限性;其次,从理论上对这种应用作了阶段性划分,揭示出VE在中国应用发展所遭遇的瓶颈。

Value Engineering had been prompted quickly in practice in China in the 1980＇s and initial 1990＇s since its being introduced in, and achieved a climax. But at the beginning of the 21 thcentury, VE applications began to be less, till to a trough. In this paper first a through analysis on the VE application evolution in China is carried out. Second, give out some explanations on the descending of VE applications in China in theoretical level.
