在以“开放、合作、共赢”为主旋律的新通信时代,通信产业链发生了深刻的变革,原有电信运营模式已与新型通信产业链不相适应。在此背景下,通过深层地分析通信产业链的演变方向和特征,以整合通信产业链为切入点,提出了创新型的电信营运模式。
