摘要
房地产开发项目选址,是关系投资成败的关键步骤。利用价值工程的有关原理,建立了房地产项目选址的模型,并对该模型进行了分析与评价,最后以一实例验证该模型的可行性。
The project location of real estate development is key process to its investment. The paper constructs a real estate project location model to analyze and assess by the application of the principles of VE. In the end the feasibility of the model is validate by an example.
