To Analyse on Growing Intrinsic Mechanism of the Chinese Big Enterprises——Adapting to the Scarcity from “the Instruction” Factors to the Capital Factors and Finally to the Knowledge Factors

我们以前对中国大企业成长的内在机理存在模糊认识,这造成了其一再的陷入困境之中。主要论述了中国大企业成长的内在机理从适应“指令”要素稀缺性向资本要素稀缺性最后向知识要素稀缺性转变的过程;然后,以此为基础,找到了在现阶段我国大企业成长中特殊的内在机理。最后,以这一特殊的内在机理为指导,把建立现代企业制度和企业自主创新(主要包括技术创新)摆在了同等重要的地位。

we had fuzzy understanding to the Chinese big enterprises about its intrinsic mechanism of growth,its leads to its growing falling into difficult position repeatedly.This article mainly elaborates a process that the intrinsic mechanism of the Chinese big enterprises transforming from the adaptation of ＂the instruction＂ factor＇s scarcity to the capital factor＇s scarcity and finally to the knowledge factor＇s scarcity.Then,taking this as the foundation,we finds out the special intrinsic mechanism of the Chinese big enterprises at present. Finally, taking this special intrinsic mechanism as the instruction, this article lets the establishment modem enterprise system and the enterprises independent innovation suspend on the equally important status.
