摘要
知识经济时代,人才资源是第一资源。人才是企业发展的“血液”,“留住人才”对企业至关重要。针对饭店员工来说,他们是饭店企业的核心灵魂,然而,目前饭店员工主动流失现象已成为饭店管理者关注的问题之一。文中通过对问题的提出,思索与讨论,向饭店的管理者提出了个人的看法。
The knowledge-economy ages, the talented person resources is the first resources.The talented person is the enterprise develops "the blood",it is very important to "detains the talented person" in the enterprise.In view of the hotel staff,they have always been the soul of hotel enterprise,however,The present turnover of hotel staff has become one of a major concern of hotel managers.The paper illustrate question proposing,the thinking and the discussion,and propose individual opinion to the hotel managers.
