Some Problems about the Construction of the China Postal Savings Bank

2006年6月,经国务院同意,银监会正式批准筹建中国邮政储蓄银行。这标志着备受各界关注的邮政储蓄银行组建工作开始进入具体实施阶段。在分析我国组建邮政储蓄银行的现实条件和难点、障碍的基础上,重点对中国邮政储蓄银行的具体制度安排进行了探讨。

Through the approval of the State Council,the China Banking Regulatory Commission was approvalled to prepare to constnact the China postal savings bank in June 2006.It was a symnol that the construction of the China postal savings bank which attracted the attention of the all social circles was brought into effect.This article investigated the concrete system arrangement of the China postal savings bank on the basis of the analysis of the actual conditions and barriers of setting up the postal savings bank.
