Reverse logistics is the important headspring of the business enterprise＇s profit.Developing business enterprise＇s reverse logistics strongly is advantageous to the business enterprise＇s competitive ability and capital economy under the background of the circular economy.This paper defines the connotation of circular economy and reverse logistics,elaborates the relation between circular economy and reverse logistics,and points out the business enterprise＇s work flow of reverse logistics by a specific way under circular economy condition.
