针对以自由人为核心的防守阵型特点,结合世界女排强队比赛中实际运用效果的录像统计进行分析研究。结果表明,以自由人为核心的防守阵型改变了以往的传统打法,通过自由人替换副攻手防守5号位,进一步扩大自由人防守区域,使全队防守的整体实力大大提高,同时有利于减轻主攻手的后排防守压力,使主攻手在防守时能够处于后排进攻的有利位置。为加强后排进攻、增加场上进攻点提供更多的机会与可能。

By analyzing the statistics of the videos that show the effect of actual application of such a lineup in the contests performed by world winning volleyball teams, the author studied the characteristics of the volleyball defense lineup that bases its core on the free man, and revealed the following findings： The defense lineup that bases its core on the free man has changed former traditional play; the overall strength of defense of the entire team is greatly enhanced by replacing the secondary attacker with the free man to defend the No.5 position and to further expand the range of defense of the free man, which is conducive to reducing the backcourt defense pressure of the primary attacker at the same time, so that the primary attacker can be in an advantageous position for backcourt attack when defending; such a lineup provides more chances and possibilities for strengthening backcourt attack and increasing attack points on the court.
