信息资源规划是企业信息化建设的基础工程,它是在总体数据规划的过程中,建立信息资源管理基础标准,从而解决企业信息化建设中的信息整合和系统重建问题。探讨了招金矿业的信息资源规划问题,并主要以人力资源子系统为例进行说明。

Information Resource Planning （IRP） is the basic project in the enterprise information. Through erecting basic criterion of Information Resource Management in the process of strategic data planning, IRP is the way which can solve the problem of information integration and application system reengineering. There are some discussion about Zhaojin Mining＇s IRP in this paper, which take HR sub -system for example.
