摘要
铝基复合材料烧结试验所用试样的制备方法采用常用的粉末冶金法,它的制备方法包括粉末预处理,配料,混料,冷压成形,制样等。但每一个工序都与传统的粉末冶金法有所不同,具有其独特性。原位观察法进行烧结试验也为课题组独创。这些研究为铝基复合材料烧结工艺研究提供了试验依据。
The powder metallurgy method of sample preparation is usually used in the burn-on test of aluminium-base composite, including powder pretreating, material distributing, material mixing, cold pressure forming, pattern making, etc. However, each procedure has its own peculiarity different from the traditional powder metallurgy method. The in-situ observation method in burn-on test is the original creation of the research group. These researches provide the test evidence for the burn-on technology of aluminiun base composite.
