树突细胞疫苗治疗脑胶质瘤的研究进展

树突细胞能致敏原初T淋巴细胞,可能恢复机体抗肿瘤免疫的有效性,树突细胞疫苗被认为是最具应用前途的肿瘤疫苗。随着脑组织的免疫原性被逐渐认识,树突细胞疫苗对脑胶质瘤的治疗价值开始显现。本文复习近年树突细胞疫苗治疗脑胶质瘤的临床研究结果,讨论树突疫苗的研究发展方向。

Dendritic cells prime the nave T cells and this induces effective anti-tumor immunological response in vivo.Dendritic cell vaccine would be a promising tumor vaccine. As the advances in brain and tumour immunology, the efficacy of dendritic cell vaccine on gliomas is validated. In this article, we reviewed the clinical trials of dendritic cell vaccine on glioma in recent years and discussed the approaches to optimise the use of dendritic cells vaccine on glioma.
