激光衍射粒度仪在磁性材料生产检测中的应用

Application of Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer in Magnetic Material Production Test

简要介绍了氧化铁粒度测试的重要性和复杂性,及马尔文Mastersizer2000型激光衍射粒度仪的工作原理及特点,对应用该仪器测试氧化铁红粒度时遇到的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施。经实际测试结果对比,证明对存在问题的分析解决思路是正确的。

This article briefly introduced the importance and complexity of measurement for iron oxide particle size, as well as the principle and characteristics of Malvern Mastersizer 2000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer. Then we analyzed the problems encountered in testing iron oxide powder, and gave out corresponding solution. Through practical test comparison, the results proved the solutions we gave out were correct.
