浮肩的肩胛骨内固定治疗

Inter-fixer in treatment in flout shoulder injury

目的探讨肩胛骨内固定治疗浮肩的疗效。方法自2001年1月～2006年12月通过手术对锁骨和肩胛骨行内固定治疗浮肩10例患者回顾分析。结果所有患者均获得随访,平均随访26个月。其中优8例,良1例,可1例,差0例。结论对浮肩患者锁骨和肩胛骨均行内固定,有利于早期康复,防止关节僵硬。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of using inter-fixer in treatment with flout shoulder injury. Methods 10 patients between Jan, 2001 and Dec, 2006 of flout shoulder injury who underwent interfixer in both scapular and clavicle have been evaluated. Results All patients were followed up, which took 26 months on average. Among them, 8 were excellent, 1 was good, 1 was fairly good, 0 was poor. Conclusions In treatment with flout shoulder injury, we should use inter-fixer in both scapular and clavicle, which can provide patients with earlier rehabilitation after operation, and avoid anchylosis of shoulder joints.
