摘要 本文主要介绍国内外在安全贝类生产技术研究方面的二大核心技术:1.贝类养殖区分类管理技术2.贝类净化技术。我们对主要技术参数进行了研究和分析,提出了我国贝类养殖区的分类标准、贝类净化工艺与技术规范,初步建立了我国安全贝类生产技术体系。
