Design and Implementation for Equipment Development MPT Requirement Analysis System

针对当前国内外在预计待研武器系统的人力、人员与训练(MPT)资源需求领域的现状而开发的装备试验MPT需求分析系统,能在武器系统研制早期及时提供系统对人力、人员和训练资源的需求信息,以便及时改进武器系统的设计方案。该系统以Delphi7.0为开发工具,采用面向对象的开发方法,介绍了该系统的总体结构、功能组成与数据库的设计。

A ccording to the present state of the equipment development in our and foreign army, and based on the experience during the past equipment developments, this essay introduces the design and implementation for Equipment Development MPT Requirement Analysis System （EDMPTRAS） which is developed in the Delphi environment. EDMPTRAS provides the weapon system designers with the manpower, personnel and training requirements of the new weapon system during the early stage of its development phase, thus enables the designers to improve in time on the concept design of the new weapon system. EDMPTRAS adopts the Object-Oriented method and it allows the user to analyze orderly and iteratively in the design and development phase to provide the optimal resolve for the MPT problems in maintenance and operation phases. ETMPTRAS also provides a basic experience and idea for reference for the MPT problems in other phases of weapon system life cycle.
