摘要
采用常用的正交试验法[L1(645)]和单因素试验法相结合的方法优选了提取仙草色素的方法,并对该提取工艺的条件进行了初步探索。试验结果表明,各因素对仙草色素提取效果的影响程度依次为:浸提酸度>原料粒度>浸提温度>浸提剂;最佳提取工艺条件是:浸提酸度pH=14,原料粒度为40目,浸提温度为室温(25℃),浸提剂为水,浸提时间为90min;此时色素的提取率可达12.44%。另外,微波或超声波对仙草色素的提取有明显促进作用。
The Mesorta Chinensis Benth pigment extraction technique was optimized by single-factor and orthogonal experiment of L16 (4^5). The results showed that the successive order of main effect factors on the extraction rate was the pH of extracting the particle size 〉 the temperature of extracting 〉 the extraction solvent.The optimum extraction condition was as follows: using the extraction water, the material particle size of 40 meshes, extraction temperature of 25 ℃, extraction time 90 min and pH 14. The extraction yield was 12.44 % in this condition. In addition, microwave or ultrasonic wave improved the pigment extraction greatly in this experiment.
