摘要
研究了矿物质元素铁、碘在阿魏菇菌丝体中的富集及其对阿魏菇菌丝体生长的影响。试验表明:阿魏菇菌丝体对铁、碘等矿质元素有不同程度的富集作用。在培养基中添加300mg/L的铁、600mg/L的碘,阿魏菇菌丝体中铁、碘的含量最高分别为54.20mg/100g干重和8.72mg/100g干重;在培养基中添加100mg/L的铁、200mg/L的碘,阿魏菇菌丝体对铁、碘的吸收率最高分别为20.30%和1.15%;培养基铁、碘含量分别为100mg/L和200mg/L时能明显促进菌丝体的生长。
The essay researched on the accumulation and the effect on the growth of Fe and I in Pleuratus ferulae comatus mycelium. The results show： Adding to media with 300 mg/L Fe or 600 mg/L I, the bioconcentrations of Fe and I are 54.20 mg/100 g dryweight and 8.72 mg/lOOg dryweight in Pleuratus ferulae comatus mycelium. Fe and I are accumulated in Pleuratus ferulae comatus mycelium to various degrees. Adding to media with 100 mg/L Fe or 200mg/L I, the accumulations of Fe and I are up to 20.30 % and 1.15 % in Pleuratus ferulae comatus mycelium. Adding to media with 100 mg/L Fe or 200 mg/L I, the growth rate is increased in Pleuratus ferulae comatus mycelium.
