摘要
以杜仲叶提取液、白糖等为主要原料,利用酵母菌、醋酸菌混合发酵,真空浓缩后,再与酸奶粉、功能性甜味剂、酸味剂等调配,采用恰当的固体饮料工艺,制成低热量具有保健作用的发酵固体饮料。
To use extract of Eucommia ulmoides Leaves and sugar as raw materials, fermented the extract with mixed yeast and acetate bacteria, after being concentrated at vacuum, then mixed with the yogurt power, functional sweetener and acid, the healthy solid fermented beverage with low calorie was made by processing technology of a solid beverage.
