银杏叶多糖两种测定方法的比较 被引量:19

摘要 为选择一种比较准确、方便的测定银杏叶多糖的方法,对苯酚硫酸法和蒽酮硫酸法测定银杏叶多糖含量的结果进行比较,结果表明,蒽酮硫酸法不仅稳定性好、精密度高,而且回收率实验理想。因此可认为蒽酮硫酸法是测定银杏叶多糖含量较为理想的方法,可用于对市场上银杏叶多糖产品的检测和在分离纯化银杏叶多糖粗产品时对部分收集的多糖进行跟踪检测。 To select a (GBLP) content, the more accurate and convenient method of determining gingko biloba leaves polysaccharide content was determined by two method of phenol-sulfuric acid method and anthranonesulfuric acid method .The result was compared. The comparison showed anthranone-sulfuric acid method is more stable and accurate than phenol sulfuric acid colorimetric method. The recovery is higher. So the better method to determine GBLP content is anthranone sulfuric acid method. It can be applied to determine GBLP when we isolate and purify GBLP. It can be used to detect the GBLP product in the market and crude GBLP products during the purified process of GBLP.
