慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺间质纤维化的中西医治疗现状与探讨

Present Situation and Exploraiton on Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Concurrent with Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

近年来,随着慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)研究的不断深入,以及肺功能、胸部高分辨CT(HRCT)等技术的广泛应用,发现在COPD后期常合并肺间质纤维化(PIF)改变。由于以往传统观点认为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)与肺间质纤维化(PIF)在临床特点、病理变化、治疗及预后等方面截然不同,是两种相互独立、不能共存的疾病类型已发生改变。双重的病理改变,造成缺氧加重,使病情恶化加速,已经成为临床难题。因此,加强COPD合并PIF的中西医结合研究,早期诊断并积极干预其恶化,防治其并发症,对于改善患者的生活质量和延长生存期具有积极意义。概述COPD合并PIF的研究现状,并从中西医结合角度探讨本病临床治疗的思路。

In recent years, with further researches to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease （ COPD ）and extensive application＇of technologies such as pulmonary function examination and chest high- resolution CT. the latter stage of COPD has been found often occurring accompanied by pulmonary interstitial fibrosis （PIF）, though it was conceived that COPD and PIF was two separate and incoexistent types of disease and there was distinct difference between them. It has become a clinical problem for it＇ s-duple pathological changes result in aggravating hypoxia which worsens condition of the patient. Therefore, it is ot positive significance for imDroving the aualitv of life and orolonging the life period of the patients to enhance the researches involving traditional and western medicines on COPD concurrent with PIF, making earlier diagnosis and actively preventing its deterioration and complications： The art.icle introduces the present situation of researches on COPD concurrent with PIF and explores its therapeutics trom the view ot point of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with the western medicine.
