丹参对梗阻性黄疸的治疗作用进展

随着对丹参药理作用的深入研究,动物实验发现,丹参能显著降低梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型的高胆红素、高内毒素水平,通过多种机制保护肝细胞,维护肝功能;并能对抗梗阻性黄疸引起的肠道通透性增加及菌群移位,减少败血症的发生及改善微循环及抗氧化作用,减轻梗阻性黄疸时的肾脏实质及功能损害,同时对恶性梗阻性黄疸的肿瘤增殖、扩散也有一定的抑制作用。这些提示我们,在梗阻性黄疸围手术期及术后,丹参都可以作为一个很好的辅助治疗药物。

With the deepgoing investigations, animal studies on the rat samples of obstructive jaundice showed that salvia miltiorrhiza can decrease the high level of blood BIL and ET, protect the liver cells and preserve liver function. It can against the high enteric permeability and flora vicissitude caused by obstructive jaundice, reduce the incidence of ichoremia. And it has the function of improve microcirculation and antioxidation, relieve the renal parenchyma and function damage. Meanwhile salvia miltiorrhiza can depress the tumor＇ s hyperplasy and diffusion when in malignant obstructive jaundice. These hint us salvia miltiorrhiza could be a good adjunctive therapy drug in perioperation and postoperation of obstructive jaundice.
