东北栽培龙胆HPLC指纹图谱的研究

目的:采用高效液相色谱法对栽培龙胆药材进行指纹图谱的研究,为栽培龙胆药材质量控制提供实验依据。方法:实验采用Kromasil C8柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-磷酸溶液为流动相进行洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长240nm。结果:建立栽培龙胆药材指纹图谱,特征共有峰有6个。结论:该方法操作简单,精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于栽培龙胆的质量控制。

Objective ： The fingerprint chromatograms were established for quality evaluation of C, entiana scabra Bge. by HPLC.Methods ：The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C8 column （4.6mm × 150mm, 5 μ m ） with methanol-aeetonitrile-phosphoric acid a.s mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min, and at a column temperature of 30℃ .The detection of wavelength was at 240nm.Results ： 6 peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in C, entiana scabra Bge.Conclusion ： The method is reliable and can be helpful to effectively the quality control of Genfiana scabra Bge.
