纳米穴位磁贴治疗原发性高血压病的临床及实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on Nanometer Magnetic Point Application in Treating Essential Hypertension

目的:探讨纳米穴位磁贴贴敷涌泉穴治疗高血压病的临床疗效并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:在临床实验中,将41例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。分别给以不同的治疗,观察治疗前后血压和临床症状的变化。在动物实验中,48只大鼠分为5组,观察每组大鼠血压变化及检测每组大鼠血浆的ET-1、NO和NE。结果:临床研究表明,治疗组在改善高血压病患者的临床症状和降压作用方面与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。动物实验表明,磁贴组在降低SHR的血压和降低血浆NE含量方面与SHR组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:该方法能降低患者的血压和改善临床症状,尤其与氨氯地平合用时。其治疗高血压病的机制可能与降低血浆NE有关。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of nanometer magnetic point application in treating essential hypertension. Methods ： Forty-one eases of hypertension patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy were observed.Fourth-eight rats were divided into five groups. After treatment, we observe the changes of blood pressure and detect the content of ET-1, NO and NE in every group rats＇plasma.Results： The clinical research indieatos that treatment group can not only improve the symptoms of the patients clinically but also reduce blood pressure. There was significant （ P〈0.05 ） between them.The animal experiments show that group of treating by nanometer magnetic point application can decrease the blood pressure of SHR and the content of NE in SHR＇s plasma, there was significant （ P〈0.05 ） with comparing to the SHR groups. Conclusion ： The nanometer magnetic point application can improve the symptoms of the patients clinically and reduce blood pressure, especial combination with Amlodipine.The mechanism of nanometer magnetic point application treating hypertension maybe has relationship with decreasing NE.
