自拟前列汤对大鼠前列腺增生模型b-FGF表达影响的实验研究

An Experimental Study of the Effect of Ziniqianlie Soup on b-FGF of Expression in Rat Model with benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:观察自拟前列汤对前列腺增生模型大鼠b-FGF表达的影响以及对前列腺湿重、前列腺指数的改变。方法:选用SD大鼠60只,给于去势加皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮,2周后分别给于相应药物灌胃,6周后再称其体重,断颈处死,取其前列腺组织,称其湿重,计算前列腺指数,并用免疫组化测b-FGF,所得数据进行比较。结果:3个治疗组的前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、及bFGF的表达明显低于模型对照组。

Objective ： To study the effeci of Chinese herb ziniqianlie soup on b-FGF expression in Rat Model with benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH ） and the changes of wet weigh of the prostatic and prostatic index. Methods ：Choosed 60 SD male rats, firstly, the rats were castrated, then, subcutaneous injection testosterone propionate, two weeks later, the rats were treated respectively with oral administrationin. The rats were decapitated after six weeks, got out of the prostate and weighed the weight of prostate and calculated the index of prostate, resourted the means of immunoehemieal technique to analyze the expression of b-FGF and compare＇the results.Results ： The prostatic weight and prostatic index and the expression of b-FGF of the former medicated four goups were lower.significantly than the model group., in them.Conclusions ：Ziniqianlie soup could suppress the-benign prostatic hyperplasia. The mechanism might be decrease the expression b2-FGF.
