摘要
中国和印度是两个世界上人口最多的国家,在上世纪七八十年代不约而同地将创办远程开放教育机构作为缓解高等教育压力,实现高等教育大众化的重要手段。进入21世纪,随着中国和印度在世界经济和政治舞台的崛起,中国和印度远程开放教育的发展也备受瞩目。本文通过比较中印两国远程开放教育的体系结构,力求探索中国远程开放大学的发展之路。
As China and India are the most densely populated developing countries, they founded the distance and open institutions in the 1970-80s as the important means to realize the mass education. Accompany with the rising of China and India in the world political and economical stage in the 21st century, the development of open and distance education attracts more attention than ever. The paper tries to reflect the development pattern of distance and open institutions in developing countries by comparing with those in the two countries.
