文章在对江苏省北部(苏北)欠发达地区城市发展特点进行深入分析的基础上,探讨构建苏北核心城市的意义与功效。研究认为:基于沿东陇海线产业带的发展现状,确立苏北核心城市符合未来该区域城市发展框架,但同时必须有效集聚核心城市发展要素,以此推进苏北城市功能与结构体系的完善。

based on the deen analvsis of the features of the develoning areas in the northern part of Jiangsu Province, the Paper discusses the meaning and effectiveness of constructing core-urban cities in Subei. The research puts forward that based on the current situation of the Donglonghai industrial blet, establishing urban cities will adapt to the framework of the future planning and gather the developing elements of these cities effectively to perfect the functions and structure system of the cities.
