国际贸易与FDI的动态关系研究——基于跨国公司数据的VAR分析

Research on Dynamic Relationship between International Trade and FDI

文章首先探讨了"一体化"关系的内在机制,随后以中国数据为样本,从历年的国际贸易总额中分离出跨国公司的贸易额数据,建立有约束条件的变量自回归模型(VAR),证明了跨国公司主导下的国际贸易与FDI在中国具有长期的"一体化"关系,但两者在短期内的动态关系却具有明显的正反波动性,最后以此提出了相关的结论和启示。

This paper separates multinational corporation data from international trade total amount, develops a restricted VAR model, and shows that International Trade of MNCs and FDI are integrated in China, and then, this paper studies the dynamic relationship between International Trade of MNCs and FDI. Eventually, this paper gives some conclusions and suggestions.
