基于规制环境变化的企业战略研究

Positive Research on the Influence between Polily Circumstance and Strategy Adjustment

规制环境对于战略的影响是客观存在的,然而这种影响机制并没有在相关研究中得到确认。文章在揭示现有理论与实践误区的基础上,开发出基于规制环境变化的战略转型理论框架并提出相应假设。然后运用来自企业的实际数据,验证了规制环境对企业战略转型的影响机制和影响程度,并揭示企业资源在这种影响机制中的缓冲效应。

It is no doubt that Policy circumstances have effect to strategy. But the effect didn＇t be validated in study before. The author analyzed existing theory and practice, and then exploited the framework of strategic adjustment based on the changing of policy circumstances and put forward four hypotheses. The author validated the effect system and extent between policy circumstances and corporation strategy utilizing the data collected from many corporations and found out that corporation resource had cushion effect in this effect system.
