摘要
舵机测试系统是导弹生产线上的重要设备。文中利用虚拟仪器和PC/104总线技术,组建高可靠性,高精度的某舵机测试系统,并重点介绍了测试系统的软硬件设计。该系统能够实现自动给定各类控制信号,自动控制舵面偏转,自动测量与显示测试结果等功能,极大地提高了测试的自动化程度。
The actuator test system is one of the key deviees throughout the whole manufaeturing line of missiles. Certain actuator test system with high credibility, high precision.which is used Virtual Instrument (VI) and based on PC/104 bus, has been built up, The main research content in the thesis is the sot t-hardware design of the test system. The test system gives all kinds of control signals, measures the angles of the actuator and displays the results automatically.then the automation degree of actuator measuring is highly increased.
