利用氦—氖激光治疗鼓膜外伤疗效观察

Influence of He—Ne Laser irradiation on injured tympanum

目的观察低功率氦—氖激光局部照射对鼓膜外伤的疗效。方法将新鲜鼓膜外伤患者８２例（８４耳）按接诊顺序交替分为观察组和对照组，观察组加用氦—氖激光患部直接照射，每天１次，每次１５分钟，１０天为一疗程，均治２个疗程。将疗程后两组患者自觉症状的改善和鼓膜形态的恢复情况进行比较，用χ２检验行统计学处理。结果第一疗程后，观察组患者鼓膜充血消失例数显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），自觉症状消失例数也显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。第二疗程结束后，观察组患者鼓膜修复完好的例数显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），自觉症状消失例数也显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论低功率氦—氖激光局部照射治疗鼓膜外伤疗效显著，方法简单，无痛苦，无副作用。为治疗鼓膜外伤提供了一种新的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of He—Ne laser irradiation on injured tympanum. Methods 82 cases of injured tympanums(84 ears) were divided into two groups by the order of consulting.The observed group patients were treated by He—Ne laser irradiation,15 minutes treatment a day,10 days a course of treatment,two courses be done.After course,compared the changes of symptoms and tympanum's form of two groups patients,treated the results by χ 2 test. Results After 10 days,the rat of congestion and symptoms regession between two groups both are significant different (P 1<0.01,P 2<0.05),after 20 days,the rat of completely restored of perforated tympanum and symptoms regression both are singificant different (P 1<0.05,P 2<0.01). Conclusions Low power He—Ne laser irradiation on injured tympanum is usefull、painiess and simple.It is a new method treating on injured tympanum.
