摘要
文中简要介绍了一种新研制的高温弹体形位误差非接触自动测量系统的构成、检测原理和方法。该系统包括机械系统、测量机构、运动控制和数据采集系统;利用测量杠杆耐高温的特点,直接获取内壁的几何信息,与CCD激光位移传感器远距离、非接触特点相结合,共同完成恶劣环境下弹体内外表面几何信息的采集;根据最小二乘法,计算机对测量数据进行处理,从而得出弹体壁厚误差、圆度、圆柱度和内外圆柱面间同轴度等形位误差。
The paper presents the composition, the principle and measurement methods of a non-contact automatic system for measuring shape and position errors of projectile body in high temperature. The measurement system mainly consists of CCD laser displacement sensors, mechanical and control system and a data collecting and processing system. According to the least-squares procedure the thickness inaccuracy and the errors of roundness, cylindricity, and coaxiality will be obtained.
