摘要
论文试图概括和总结国内外的最新研究动向,研究出网络数字化信息中的各种侵权行为与相应责任,并进行相应的分析和评论,希望能对我国版权立法工作有所裨益。
This paper tries to summarize the latest research direction, outline various actions of infringing a copyright and their relevant responsibilities in network analysis and comments. It hopes that there would be a benefit for China＇s copyright legislation.
