3-硝基酚降解动力学研究

摘要 采用好氧序列间歇反应器(SBR)研究了3-硝基酚的降解动力学以及投加不同量葡萄糖对动力学参数的影响。结果表明:用Andrews方程描述3-硝基酚在SBR中的降解动力学过程,拟合效果良好,R2值最小为0.88,大部分在0.95以上;投加葡萄糖会影响3-硝基酚的降解速率,对于初始质量浓度为120 mg/L的3-硝基酚,葡萄糖的初始投加量在200~400 mg/L时能提高Kmax值。而少量和过量的葡萄糖都会使Kmax值减小。  The degradation kinetics of 3-nitrophenol in sequencing batch reactor(SBR) and the effect of glucose at different concentration on the kinetic parameters were investigated.The results showed that,a good fitting effect could be obtained using Andrews equation to describe the dynamic process of 3-nitrophenol degradation in SBR,the value of R^2 was more than 0.95 mostly,while the minimum value was 0.88.Adding different concentrations of glucose could affect the degradation rate of 3-nitrophenol.To 3-NP at initial concentration of 120 mg/L,adding glucose with initial concentration of 200-400 mg/L could increased the Kmax value.But glucose at lower or higher concentration decreased the value of Kmax.
