摘要
从口腔解剖生理学和CAD技术两个角度出发,分析标准牙模型的特征分布规律,提出用牙体表面形态特征和几何构造特征构建标准牙曲面模型.根据牙尖、牙窝等形态特征在牙体表面的分布特点,以及与之关联的龈缘线、近牙合线等几何构造特征,从标准牙点云模型中识别各个特征点.再利用这些特征点构建UV曲线,最终获得能够满足口腔临床修复要求的标准牙曲面模型,为各种修复体的设计提供很好的依据.
Based on the distribution regularity of the features on the standard teeth models, an approach to construct the surface models of standard teeth by means of dental morphological features and geometrical features was proposed in the view of both oral anatomy and CAD technology. According to the special locations of the dental morphological features, such as cusps, fossae, etc, and the related geometrical features, like the margin of the gingival and the curve closed the occlusal marginal ridge, a method for features extraction from the pointcloud models of standard teeth was presented. Then, the UV curves were created utilizing the features. Finally, the surface models of standard teeth were constructed, which fulfill the requirement of dental clinics, and lay a better foundation for individual design of the restoration.
