摘要
目的研究鬼毛针多糖对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法实验小鼠分为4组,经腹腔注射(i.p)给予不同剂量(高、中、低)的鬼毛针多糖,对照组给予等量的生理盐水,每天给药1次,连结给药14d。给药结束后,检测各组小鼠细胞免疫功能:用形态学方法检测各组小鼠在植物血凝素(PHA)诱导下淋巴细胞的转化率;MTT法检测各组小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组小鼠血清中IL-2水平。组间比较采用t检验。结果腹腔注射鬼毛针多糖后,小鼠的淋巴细胞转化率、血清中IL-2水平、脾脏T淋巴细胞的增殖能力均高于对照组,其中以中、高剂量组升高尤为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中、高剂量的鬼毛针多糖具有提高小鼠细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective To research the immune regulating effect of marasmius androsaceus polysaccharide on cell immunologic function in mice. Methods Divide the experimental mice into four groups, each group i. p with different dosage of marasmius androsaceus polysaccharide(high, middling, low), the group of comjparison i. p the same volume saline water once a day. 14 days after, examine the mouse cell immunologic function. Observe the lymphocyte transform by microscope, test the ability of the spleen T cell proliferation by MTT;measure the IL-2 level in the senun with EIJSA. Adopt t test for statistic. Results The group of i. p middling and high dose of marasmius androsaceus polysaccharide, the rate of lymphocyte transform;the ability of the spleen T cell proliferation,the level of IL-2 in the serum are all higher than the comparative group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The middling and high dose of marasmius androsaceus polysaceharide can increase the cell immunolagic funtion of the mice.
