二级网燃气调峰集中供热系统优化设计 被引量:13

摘要 由于室外气温变化引起热负荷波动和集中供热热源的供热量频繁变化,导致热源热效率下降、能源浪费.在二级网设置燃气调峰锅炉的集中供热系统,通过延长主热源燃煤锅炉在额定工况下的运行时间,以提高锅炉的平均运行效率.为优化此类系统,以运行能耗费用经济为目标,建立了单变量有约束非线性规划数学模型.以实际供热系统为例,确定了计算最佳一级网设计负荷占系统设计热负荷的比例、燃气调峰锅炉的最佳启动温度及调峰运行时间的方法,为该类型供热系统的设计与运行提供了理论依据. Heat output from district heating (DH) varied significantly to match the heat load variation caused by outdoor temperature, resulting in the decrease in energy efficiency of the heat source and waste of energy. In DH system with gas-fired peak load regulating boiler in the secondary network, by extending run time of base load boiler under rated condition, the mean energy efficiency was increased. To optimize this kind of system, the problem was formulated as a mathematical model, which was a monovariant nonlinear constraint programming with one objective to minimize the operational cost ,and a real case was discussed as an example to obtain the optimal ratio of base load to total load, starting temperature and run time of gas-fired peak load regulating boiler. The present work can provide theoretical basis for optimal design and operation of this kind of DH system.
