高效毛细管区带电泳测定元胡止痛滴丸中延胡索乙素的含量

HPCE quantitfication of tetrahydropalmatine in yuanhuzhitong dropping pills.

采用毛细管电泳法对元胡止痛滴丸的成分进行分离并测定了有效成分延胡索乙素的含量。使用的缓冲液为0.05 mol/L磷酸盐(pH 6.0)-30%甲醇,工作电压30kV,检测波长200nm。延胡索乙素的浓度在0.03～1.90mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.70%(n=5),回归方程为Y=302.51C+ 0.35,r=0.9993。结果表明,高效毛细管电泳可将元胡止痛滴丸中的有效成分延胡索乙素与其它成分较好地分离,并能准确测定延胡索乙素的含量。

High performance capillary electrophoresis was employed for quantitative determination of tetrahydropalmatine in yuanhuzhitong dropping pills. The buffer solution was 0.05 mol/L phosphate （pH 6.0）-30% methanol. Working voltage was 30kV and detection was at 200nm. The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.03-1.90 mg/mL. The average recovery was 98.9% and RSD was 1.70% （ n =5 ）. The regression equation was Y = 302.51C＋0. 035 and r = 0. 9993 . The experimental results demonstrated that the method can separate active tetrahydropalmatine from other components in yuanhuzhitong dropping pills and determine its content accurately.
