摘要
采用平台石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法以多步斜坡升温方式测定柑桔中的硼,灰化温度可提高到1800℃,选择柠檬酸-硝酸铵-硝酸钙作为复合基体改进剂,测定结果令人满意。该方法精密度比涂层管石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法好。用该方法测定国家一级标准物质GSS-1和GSS-5中的硼,结果与推荐值吻合。
Boron in orange was determined by platform tube graphite atomic furnace absorption spectrophotometry (PT-GFAAS) with good results. Ramped temperature program was adopted, thus the ashing temperature was raised to 1800℃. The precision of PT-GFASS was better than that of Pb coated tube GFAAS. The measured values of boron in national standard reference materials were in good agreement with certified values. The sensitivity was further improved by using critic acid, ammonium nitrate and calcium nitrate as compound matrix modifier.
