Synthesis and Antiinflammatory Activity of Bicyclic Pyrazoline Derivatives

设计合成了１３个二环吡唑啉及其衍生物，其中９个为未见文献报道的新化合物．初步抗炎实验表明，大部分化合物都有程度不同的抗炎活性。

Diarylidenecyclohexanones reacted with hydrazine to give the corresponding bicyclic pyrazolines,The synthesis of thirteen substituted bicyclic pyrazolines is described in this paper.The structures of all the new compounds have been confirmed by elementa analysis,IR and 1 HNMR.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that (Ⅲ 1),(Ⅲ 2) and (Ⅲ 8) given orally had a significant inhibiting effect on edema of mice′s ears induced by xylene.Further pharmacological examinations are in progress.
