Strategic Thinking on the Constructing Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry Base in Tianjin

在建设天津电子信息产品制造业基地中存在着资本构成高风险、企业自主创新能力弱、产业服务支撑体系不完善等问题。应通过实施国际化战略、大公司战略、自主品牌创新战略以及生产与应用互动战略,采取建立以企业为主体的技术创新体系、调整产业结构和空间布局、加快培育本土化的跨国集团以及建设产业服务支撑体系等措施,加快天津电子信息产品制造业的基地建设。

In building electronic information manufacturing industry base in Tianjin, there are some problems, such as high risk in capital composition, weak capability of independent innovation in enterprises, and imperfect servic system in the estate, etc. These problems can be solved by conducting internationalization strategy , big company strategy, innovation of independent products brand strategy, and producing applying interactive strategy, and by adopting the measures of building the technology innovation system which takes enterprises as the main body, adjusting industrial structure and the spatial distribution, accelerating the cultivation of localizable transnational corporations, and constructing propping up system for service, to promote the construction of electronic information manufacturing industry base in Tianjin.
