北洋学子俞箴墀与创建期的燕京大学

Yu Zhenchi,One of the Great Contributors in the Early Period of Yenching University

20世纪20年代,俞箴墀曾受聘到燕京大学国文系任教,并参与了国文系的教学改革和教师队伍建设等工作。1926年"三一八"惨案发生后,他与教师们一起,参与了学校的善后工作。他是不该被遗忘的燕京大学创建期的有功之臣。文章作者新发现的史料,弥补了《燕京大学史稿》和《燕京大学人物志》中的缺漏。

In the 1920s, Yu Zhenchi, a graduate from Peiyang University, was employed by Yenching University to teach in the Depamnent of Chinese. He participated in the teaching reform and the team building activities of Depamnent of Chinese. After the March 18（1926） Incident, together with other Chinese teachers Yu was involved in the rehabilitation work of Yenching University Yu was one of the great contributors in the early Period of Yenching University and should not be forgotten.
