福建农民合作经济组织SCP分析探究

The SCP analysis of Fujian farmers' cooperative organizations

目前,福建农民专业合作组织主要分为专业大户能人带动型、政府职能部门带动型、供销社带动型、龙头企业带动型等四大组织类型,笔者应用产业组织理论的SCP分析框架,对这4种类型的制度安排及绩效进行分析比较,揭示了当前福建农民合作组织发展中存在的主要问题和深层次原因,并从改进和完善合作组织内部制度上提出4点积极的建议。

At present, Fujian farmers＂ cooperative organizations are classified as four models which are the groups directed by ＇ big family＇ or＇ person with higher ability＇, the groups directed by the government management division, the groups directed by the supply-sale sector and the groups directed by the leading enterprises. The authors analyse and compare the systematic arrangement and the performance of the above-mentioned four models of cooperative organization respectively applying the SCP analysis framework of the theory of the productive organization, and discover the main problems existing in the development process of Fujian farmers＇cooperative organizations, and reveal the final causes leading to the above mentioned problems. The authors also put forward four active suggestions in order to improve and complete the inner system of the cooperative organization.
